Small ! The size of the gem is 2.2mm average and is set on 3 claws.

Guidance :
For bottom lip and ear piercings, 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm discs are commonly used, although the 3mm disc is better for top ear piercings or tragus.
For Madonna or Monroe piercings (top lip), 5mm or at least 4mm disc is advised.
The length should be chosen carefully as you want the jewel to sit right on your skin, so not too long, not too short for the length. Ask your local piercer to measure it for you if needed, and to confirm the gauge.
