Shipping costs
Delivery charges are calculated from your destination and the contents of your order. The available options and final delivery cost are shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are generally dispatched within two business days. Orders containing a made-to-order or customised item are dispatched when the complete order is ready.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on your location and the service selected at checkout. Regional and remote destinations may take longer than metropolitan areas. Carrier timeframes are estimates and can be affected by peak periods or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, shipment details are included in your dispatch confirmation. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the parcel is lodged.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, an additional delivery charge may apply before it can be sent again.
